LOKIVA ACCOUNT DELETION

1. Your Right to Delete
You can request deletion of your Lokiva account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the available methods and what happens after your request.
2. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using any of the following methods:
- In the Lokiva mobile app: open Settings, tap "Delete Account", and confirm the action. Your account is removed immediately and a deletion job is queued for the associated data.
- By email: send a deletion request to infolokiva@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Lokiva account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
3. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following categories of personal data are removed:
- Profile information (name, username, profile picture).
- Email address and authentication credentials.
- User ID and account metadata.
- Reviews and ratings you submitted.
- Saved preferences and personalization data.
- Device tokens used for push notifications.
4. Data We Retain
For legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons, we may retain a limited subset of records after account deletion:
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics data that can no longer be linked to you.
- Records required by Turkish tax, commercial, or other applicable law.
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
5. Timeline
Once we receive a verified deletion request, your account and the associated personal data described above are deleted within 30 days. Backups are purged in the normal backup-rotation cycle, typically within an additional 60 days.
